Your future area of responsibility:

  • You will give introductory and advanced lectures in general business administration in our Bachelor's degree programs in Business Administration / Business Law. Special emphasis is placed on Cost and Performance Accounting and Fundamentals of Business Administra-tion.
  • Taking over further courses at Bachelor's or Master's level on special topics of business administration is welcomed in the medium term.
  • You will teach in both languages English and German.
  • You will actively participate in applied research and publish specialist articles.
  • You will be involved in the academic self-administration of the university.

Your profile and qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed your studies and a doctorate in business administration or related fields.
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a business environment.
  • You show a high level of motivation and commitment to teaching and ideally have already been able to apply your didactic skills in academic teaching.
  • You have a willingness to conduct research, which is reflected in application- or teaching-oriented publications.
  • A good command of English and German and a willingness to teach courses in English and German round off your profile.



The formal requirements for applicants are a university degree and a Ph.D. or a comparable scientific qualifica-tion. A minimum of five years of postgraduate experience is required, of which a minimum of three years must have been gained outside the university.
